The bathroom. It is 4ft x 4ft-6in, with bi-folding pine door set at an angle (see boat layout page). It is compact, but large enough for one person, ideal size for a 35ft boat. The shower tray is 24" square, porta potti 365 is raised some 4" off floor, which enables recessed plinth (for feet) to be provided, and allows shower pump, with float and filters in a small plastic tank to be installed underneath.  Bathroom Partitions in place. Look carefully and you can see the shower tray / cubical framework (bottom of photo) All partitions are MDF, with either pine cladding or tiles added after. The shower cubical is starting to take shape (left side). The toilet is in place (in box, right side). Shower tray is now installed, together with Pine cladding behind toilet. The toilet / porta potti sits on a raised platform, level with top of shower tray. This enables shower pump to be installed underneath. Small cupboard behind toilet is suitable for loo paper, chemicals etc  Cladding in place. Hand basin framework under construction.    Porta Potti has small cupboards behind and to the right side with lids. Good for storing chemicals etc.   The bathroom door is made up from 2 x 12" wide louvered doors from B&Q. It has a sash window latch to lock the two door together (screwfix). Now complete, with roller blind etc.  I used a pine louvered door for the vanity basin. Above the door, around the sink I used MDF for the rough shape, then stuck on thin strips of 1/2" wide pine molding from B&Q. View from under porta potti. (excuse umbrella in shower!) Shower pump (a sump pump) sits in a small plastic tank.....     ......connected to float and filters. The top of the tank is at the same level as the top of the shower tray.
