Narrowboat Isabella is 38ft long, with 24 feet of usable space inside.  I drew the layout on a spreadsheet file (excel). Each square (cell) represents six inches.  If you would like the layout file sent to you (you will need MS excel to open it, it will not work with MS works) send me an e-mail. You can then extend, move, copy paste etc to fit your requirements.
