Over the August Bank Holiday 17 barges met up
at Kingston upon Thames for a gathering to celebrate the DBA 15th
Anniversary. .
The moorings were at Kingston, on the Hampton Wick bank, 200 metres upriver from Kingston road bridge. Around 60 members and guests got together for a BBQ on the Saturday evening. Around 60 visiting members attended the visitors day on Sunday when barge owners at the rally welcomed members on their barge / homes. Barges attending were; Cormorant, Lady Phantasie, Angelus, Elessina, Verwisseling, Tammy, Sudersee, Celine, Lucia, Ricmond Venturer, BagLady, Lindsey 2111, Arthur Rowley, Rietvink, Star of Destiny, Merlot and Johmar. |
