Steve

Julie's 'Eider'
a 55ft Branson Design, South Holland Marine hull fitted out by
Steve and Julie. Launched Thursday 3rd
Nov 2005,
they shot off
down river with the flow towards their mooring, but after a short
distance, with everything going well, decided to turn round again
and go upstream for a few miles for an extended maiden voyage. Now
on a lovely mooring by the side of the river Nene with a view over
a water meadow. They are going to spend the winter fitting out the
wheel house and finish wiring up various bargy things like anchor
windlass and bow thruster, moving on board a couple of weeks after
launch. |
